Isaiah 26:3-4
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.
Saw-mak’ (Hebrew) – lay, lean, lie hard, put, rest self, set self, stand fast, stay.
Peace isn’t about what we see; it’s about what we stand on.
Isaiah 26:3-4

Peace isn’t about what we see; it’s about what we stand on.
Peace is connected to what our thoughts are connected to.
When our imagination stands on emotion, we get carried away.
When our imagination stands on truth, we cannot be moved.
Where we stand affects how we see things.
Our thoughts stay on God when we:
- Pray.
- Worship.
- Read His Word.
- Ask & listen.
- Are still and open before Him.
- Encourage one another in the Lord.
- Serve in His name.
Our thoughts stay on God when we make them stay.
Our thoughts stay on Jesus when we realize He is the only answer.
