Crosspoint’s church custodian will maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of our church facilities. The custodian will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for worship, events, and community gatherings.
The Church Custodian will perform daily cleaning tasks including sanitizing restrooms, offices and common spaces, vacuuming rooms and other cleaning as needed. They will also ensure all supplies are restocked such as paper products, soap and cleaning materials.
This role will also oversee our dedicated prep & reset volunteer team.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends.

The Digital Media Creator at Crosspoint will produce and edit video and photo content for Crosspoint’s website, social media and Sunday morning experience. They will oversee the volunteer Media Team by scheduling, coaching and working alongside volunteers to capture and produce content needed.
The Digital Media Creator will also create and edit graphics used for Sunday morning experiences, website, social media and advertising for all ministry areas as well as manage all social media channels.

Internship Opportunities
Our Young Adult Ministry Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for young adults to deepen their faith, develop leadership skills, and serve their community within a church-based environment. Tailored for individuals aged 18-25, this program provides hands-on experience, spiritual growth, and mentorship within the context of ministry.

The Students Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in youth ministry, develop leadership skills, and grow spiritually while impacting the lives of young people in our church community. The Student Ministry Intern will play a vital role in supporting and assisting Crosspoint Students. The intern will work closely with the Student Ministry Director to continually cultivate a ministry where students can encounter God, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships with peers and leaders.
As the Kid’s Ministry Intern you should have a passion for ministry and a passion for kids! This internship is a hands-on application of ministry skills, leadership skills, and an experience to work with children ages nursery – 5th grade.
The Worship Intern opportunity is for those who love to worship and want to learn about the variety of roles and responsibilities that go into making a great atmosphere for our church on Sundays and at other services throughout the week. The Worship Arts Intern will learn about auditions, creating services and set-lists, team development, youth and kids worship, production, stage management and many other components. (Must be able to demonstrate appropriate musical skill level.)
The Production Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting the technical and creative aspects of the church’s productions, including worship services, events, and multimedia content. This position involves assisting in various tasks related to audiovisual production, stage management, and technical support under the guidance of the Production Manager or relevant staff members.
The Discipleship & Outreach Intern plays a vital role in supporting the spiritual growth and community outreach efforts of our church. This position involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various discipleship programs and outreach initiatives aimed at fostering spiritual development within the church body and expanding the church’s impact within the local community.
The Communications Intern is responsible for assisting in the Communications Director in creating cohesive language to communicate vision and mission to the church and community. This communication encompasses elements of production, video, creative pieces, social media, graphic design, website development and more.
The Church Operations Intern will work alongside the Church Operations Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the church. In addition, this role also oversees planning and executing large-scale events.
The Facilities Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and operations of our church’s facilities to ensure a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for worship, ministry activities, and community events. This position involves assisting in various tasks related to facility management, upkeep, and improvement under the guidance of the Facilities Manager or relevant staff members.
The Office Intern at Crosspoint Church plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the church office, supporting ministry and outreach efforts, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for volunteers, staff members, and welcomed guests. The Office Intern will also assist in following up with church attendees, members and guests utilizing church management software.
